Based on the workload and the work being done, this role should be a higher grade with a better bonus.

I do feel like I am stretched thin and asked to do more than what falls in my wheel house. I am not opposed to doing more but the compensation has not increased with the workload. External hires are always compensated more than long term internal employees.
