They treat everyone fairly in the workplace.
Coming into Work and doing my Responsibilities on daily basis and seeing the results from my teams Efforts
They work as a team, and are open to suggestions.
Need to relate to current market demands
I love the communication between everyone.
defining this company, its mission, and the overall goal of the brand that each employee can feel empowered to represent that customers will reflect and project from their services
clear and precise goals, realistic expectations, sensible resources such as hours allocated for the stores so we are able to accomplish the goals as well as competitive pay so we may retain the good employees who always leave for better paying jobs
Better appreciation, work life balance, better pay
Stop promoting people who they are friends with and start investing in the future of the company. We are one of the most expensive supermarkets chains around. What are we doing to make our stores worth the extra cost? Besides investing in a top heavy administration while cutting every corner?
The culture of this company is very reactive and not proactive, there is no trust given that leaders can run there building without a hundred different checklist. The office systems are antiquated. Each store needs and Ops manager to just oversee the operational functions. The paperwork overwhelming
"seems" like a fair wage. could be better based on the amount of work that gets out in.
The job pays me well
401k Benefits and Company contributions
Medical plan and other benefits
The opportunity to earn more.
Previously worked for the company for 31 years, my experience in my position should reflect that a bit better than my starting salary.
I don't understand why external employees start with higher salaries than internal hires. I think that's unfair. I've dedicated years of my life to this company and people can walk in making more than me.
I have worked for the company a long time and new managers make about the same as me. Experience in the company she account for something
My raise is lest than the rate if inflation
The pay scale is not what other companies would give and people newly hired will be making close to what people that have been here for years are making.
having a diverse team with different perspectives.
They work well together to run the store.
The follow through and being treated with Integrity and respect
Some associates who have been with the company have a vested interest in the company and it shows. They are willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is to company standards and guidelines.
Same goals and work ethics
communication is key for improvement
overall the team is descent just seems like the training with a new ASM should understand basic Admin functions before they move on.
Have a better attitude and willingness to learn
You get what you pay for. If you want the people who washout at Walmart keep paying bottom dollar.
Not a welcoming environment. Everybody wants to be a hero and out do each other, ther is no humility and empathy.
The people who work there enjoy working together
Everyone's moral is high on a daily basis
There is different beliefs and religions but yet everyone respects eachothers values.
Great sense of teamwork and family. Always willing to help each other
We are very inclusive and diverse.
a clear definition of the brand and its meaning. showcase what it supposed to feel like and empower associates to carry the brand meaning to the customers. there is not much culture, there needs to be clear one defined.
positivity within the teams and being able to build good character. Letting our teams have some creativity with what we are doing for merchandising to bring in customers and keep fresh ideas coming in. To by the books in everything.
Make it about the associates and customers more . we dont do a good job at it

Being able to make a difference in a customer's day
Seeing the results of my team on a daily basis
Being able to help customers and associates with anything they might need.
Good work enviroment and associates
being able to learn new things
there seems to be no real camaraderie as a whole, more of an obligation to work together to meet goals with a fear you may be in trouble.
the company is more concern about staying off check lists than customer service or sales, the technology is second hand broken systems that dose not communicate with with each other, store level management are blamed for all errors with poor planning and unrealistic goals, no hours and low pay
have a specific job description and have people learn to not only cover their own work but others too.
nothing specific regarding the company.
Every day is stressful. None of us know if we're going to be closed down or moved. Full timers are being threatened with being sent to faraway stores because the company is full timer heavy. But the managers are being told to keep hiring!
