I've only just started at Stryker just a few weeks ago and I am so impressed by so many things from my training to and the warmth of my team. There is a strong emphasis on work life balance and it was a big topic of conversation on the most recent town hall led by the CEO and Chief People Officer!

Emphasis on work life balance and family first. Emphasis on ensuring you're taking care of yourself!

Everyone was approachable, felt less like a formal interview but, really more of a session on getting to know me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has been so warm and welcoming. I feel like I've known them for years and it's only my 3rd week!
