I receive opportunities to grow and showcase the work that I am doing to senior leadership and I know that my manager supports me and wants me to take on new roles that I am interested in.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Stryker has historically been a male, sales driven organization and I think they still have some catching up to do not only with female and minority representation across the board but also with the compensation those groups are receiving compared to their counterparts.
