What is the best part about your compensation package?
Healthcare packages are amazing, and the stock program is a close second. I have a special needs child and can share that we saw our bills go down when I started working @ Stryker.
What did you like most about the interview process?
My recruiter was very open and honest about the process and kept me in the loop the whole time. They also had a team dedicated to my experience as a candidate at the interview stage, which was a differentiator for sure!!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The focus on engagement. Extremely lucky to work @ Stryker through the pandemic and everything else from the last few years! My team, my manager, our senior leaders - all are focused on taking care of each other .... so that we can then take care of our customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
It sound like a lame sound bite - but for real, it's the people for sure! Everyone seems to really understand that the things they're working on will have an impact on peoples life. The products we make and services we provide make healthcare better and I'm proud to work here :-)
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency, willingness to be vulnerable, and open and honest. They're all centrally focused on our mission and values so it makes it easier for the rest of our teams to get behind them. We all have the same job @ Stryker - to make healthcare better ... we just do that in different ways :-)
