My overall experience at Stryker was exhausting. I was embarrassed every time there was a company event. Senior and Upper managements only focus is to party. Way to0 much alcohol at all the meetings and events. So unprofessional there. Very sad...

Pay is below most competitive companies. The benefits aren't bad.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Professionalism needs to be more driven. Most of my coworkers don't know how to have a conversation without dropping the F bomb in every sentence.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I didn't. It was a very long interview process and then they still put you through a test of sorts to weed out specific personalities the company doesn't want working there.
