What makes you most happy at work?
My colleagues and the feeling that what I do makes a difference. My job and the work my team do is important and of value today as well as for Stryker's future, our HCPs and all patients we help through our HCPs work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Stryker is investing in the Culture and to drive a flexibility where you are able to be at your best self as often as possible. Awareness and wellbeing at the front to ensure that we are taking time to "sharpen our saw", relax, re-energize to get back into it with a sharp and open mind.
