Ok, so it's very fast paced ... but it is also fun! It is what you make of it - be accountable to yourself and those around you and your team/peers will help make sure you succeed. The company is focused on developing its people!

We are all extremely engaged in the work we do. It might sound lame, but the team at SYK is truly amazing! I've had the pleasure of interacting with people in different divisions, locations, roles and it's always the same... Engaged teams focused on making things better for our Customers and teams
