The team provides clear direction and really takes time to ensure that employees understand the vision for the company. They understand their employee needs and are very transparent with direction!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love what I do! Stryker rewards top performers and hard workers appropriately. The financial/medical benefits are very competitive, but I also love the opportunity you are awarded as an employee. Flexible hours where a lot of people take time to go to the gym or go on a run during the work day!
