The Gallup survey due to it requiring 'soft skills' that you cannot necessarily teach an individual.

My communication and interaction with our customers puts a smile on my face every day. They trust that our products are safe and effective which is the greatest feeling in the world.

Due to the Gallup survey that is required to be taken by every Stryker employee, there is a guarantee that every one of my peers is hardworking and team-oriented. You literally do not get hired unless that is established.
