The work I do, having exposure to leadership/the business. Also the flexibility of working from home and just managing your own schedule is nice.

Everyone is approachable, nice, and genuinely wants to get to know you as a person. You never hear anyone being negative. You receive compliments/positive feedback quite a bit.
