What are some of the best things about your team?
My team members work hard and enjoy accomplishing things. They are responsible and accountable for their piece of the pie.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People are happy and it shows. We all have our bad days but finding people that are consistently negative is rare.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The job market in the area in which I live is a good one. Although we have great benefits, I'd like to be paid (salary) equal to those in the same position as me in my area at other companies.
