What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very supportive, lots of communication on strategy to make sure everyone is working towards the same goals. The leadership team values our input and regularly communicates to the staff real time changes.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team, my relationships with the professionals I work with. I really like that we are making innovative healthcare products that help to make a difference in patient care and helping to support our customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company cares about their employees. They really value the strengths that each individuals brings to Stryker and builds off those strengths vs. point out your deficits. We all live by our mission and with our customers we are driven to make healthcare better.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very engaged, thoughtful, we communicate well with each other and are happy to help each other when needed. We meet regularly to discuss changes, business initiatives and we are all on the same page. I love having team meetings and I feel we use our time very productively. We have a good Manager.
