Here at Stryker; everyone is very motivated and driven in all aspects of the business so you feel the sense that everyone is operating with the same sense of urgency and drive regardless of which part of the business you are interacting with.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I enjoyed that although I was not going to based at the Michigan corporate location; I was flown to that location to meet and interview with the leadership team that I would be working for. The onsite day was a best in class experience!
