It's extensive, only 1 in 10 applicants are actually hired because it is so competitive.

The ability to be flexible and my ideas are listened to - I feel like I am heard.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very transparent. Encourages you to be your best self, so you can do your best work. Authentic people who are genuine. Did everything they could to control spending to preserve jobs when COVID-19 hit, putting people above profits but still maintaining profitability.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Despite COVID-19 impacting revenue (for all companies, not just Stryker) the executive team made the decision to NOT cut benefits OR increase the employee contribution from 2020 to 2021. Despite healthcare costs sky-rocketing year over year, the company didn't pass it on to the employees.
