Despite COVID-19 impacting revenue (for all companies, not just Stryker) the executive team made the decision to NOT cut benefits OR increase the employee contribution from 2020 to 2021. Despite healthcare costs sky-rocketing year over year, the company didn't pass it on to the employees.
