What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Improve external and internal customer service

Equipment doesn't work. Overseas Tech support. Field techs not showing up or if they do, they can't fix the issue, they are contractors that do not know our equipment, same for phone tech support.

Field Tech is contractors who do not know anything about our equipment. The Altice one boxes don't work. Techs do not keep appointments. Give customers an option on their equipment, hire our techs back and get rid of the cell phone option and the Altice one needs to be thrown away

Everything, go back to quality Tech support in the field and on the phone

Managers and executives would need to change their priority from profit by any means to profit+employees
