They need to have some people skills training and be honest to us and the customers. Quit telling us our coworkers are our enemies. Have empathy and some human feelings.
We should be a team, it's not all about you. Understand if you lie to a customer, someone else in another department is going to have to fix it.
Field Tech is contractors who do not know anything about our equipment. The Altice one boxes don't work. Techs do not keep appointments. Give customers an option on their equipment, hire our techs back and get rid of the cell phone option and the Altice one needs to be thrown away
I interviewed when it was Suddenlink. Now all you have to do is be able to breathe and lie and your in. Turn over rate is so high that now they will take you if you have those 2 qualities, I was told by a supervisor that they are to turn no applicants down.
