I thought Sunbelt was the greatest company to work for in the beginning but they started getting new bosses in making false accusations of long-term employees who have proven their self over the years that I'm not doing my job now. Sunbelt has departments in place to check on those allegations.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Getting regular evaluations just like some of the other employees get. Some employees get evaluations regularly and others get some when they feel like giving you one it should be a regular evaluation to every employee good or bad
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team we work together very well in the beginning until they brought in a new manager when he came in he started going against the system is set up in place that's the only downfall when a new manager comes in wants to make changes for no reason
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
When an employee is accused of not doing their job they were trained by Sunbelt to perform at least have the Auditors and trainers to come back to check on the allegations of them not performing their job as they were trained Auditors would be the best people to prove allegations are false or true
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was told as Sunbelt will have Auditors and trainers that train you how to do the job the correct way to Sunbelt wanted done. And that the auditors we'll come in and check your work twice a year. However when there's accusation that you're not doing your job some have auditors come to check not all
