They could improve on work ethic. Service manager and coworkers can not push them to strive without hatred.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Brian bost is probably the best pcm and actually has great knowledge. His service manager Robert actually told the mechanics an alternators main purpose is to not charge a battery. He might be good at paperwork but he has almost zero knowledge.
