This company is all about proft over everything, hence why they are called profit centers. You are just a number here and they will squeeze every bit of work out of you possible in your restricted 40 hour work week. Pay is also low comaprble to other places. Just what the law requires.

Team members are great. Upper managment is not so great

They only pay you what the law requires and benefits are dismal

The team cares about each other. However, upper managment only cares about profit and fleet avaliable numbers.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Most all of our customers left after the purchase of company. They dont like corporate and the high rates.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listen to emplyee needs. They say we want this equipment in good working order within 3 days but they restrict our repair budget so we can't properly repair machine. Managment then wants us to make equipment avaliable even when its not so the numbers are better. It's all a numbers and profit game
