What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Sunbelt Rentals is perpetually engaged in growing our organization. They maintain a dialogue with field personnel, and listen to the input provided. They work hard to take care of their teams.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is a pervasive sense of teamwork within the organization. Everyone from the top executives to entry level personnel work together to meet customer needs. There are no ivory towers or marble floor offices here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Although we come from differing backgrounds we have a common goal, which is to provide a world class product for our customer. We work together to achieve these goals. While disagreements do occur, they are rare.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have a solid benefits package including health insurance, life insurance, and 401K retirement savings with a company match. Sales and management personnel work in large part for compensation that is based upon company performance. This motivates everyone to work hard and help grow the company.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was a feeling of transparency. They detailed their expectations clearly, and provided information regarding compensation and benefits for review. They encouraged questions. They asked what would make me satisfied at work. They allowed me to meet the team I would work with before coming aboard.
