There are a lot of women in charge

Huge campus, but that can cause some isolation. I preferred working at the smaller campus at SUNY New Paltz

Communication. Showing appreciation beyond sending mass emails
Leadership is absent until they need something, then its critical
Complete disregard of any criticism. Very authoritative. Employees micromanaged and overworked.

We have great benefits and time off

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our academic reputation has dropped and the emphasis on increasing enrollment has brought in students who are not prepared for higher education
I'm tired of being treated like a 2nd class citizen because I don't have a masters degree
