My compensation is great because I have medical, dental, and vision.

My team is half great people and half people who need a bit of improvement, personality-wise.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership in my office from some of the senior staff is unmatched. They are very forward-thinking and organized.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my job because it doesn't feel like work. I love meeting with the students and hearing about their goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I appreciate how welcomed my ideas are from the senior staff. There's only a couple of people who are a bit difficult to work with.
