Pay that matches increased workload. Opportunities for advancement.
Poor benefits, and basically minimum wages paid for professional work

I appreciate the diversity of the team.
My team is half great people and half people who need a bit of improvement, personality-wise.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our academic reputation has dropped and the emphasis on increasing enrollment has brought in students who are not prepared for higher education
I'm tired of being treated like a 2nd class citizen because I don't have a masters degree
