What is the best part about your compensation package?Health insurance plans offered are reasonably priced.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Management needs to trust and empower the people they hire. There is no career path at SLG. If you work in the product team or engineering team you will be trapped under your manager's thumb. Don't expect your voice to be heard on these teams.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better? There is no process at this company. The open office environment means that there are constant interruptions in your work day, and working from home is frowned upon. People's roles are undefined, so it is unclear which responsibility is whose.
What needs to change to make the company culture better? There are few women and people of color at SLG. Many of the employees are dedicated gamers and genuinely care about player experience.
