Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Employees who have clientele and have worked the longest should be rewarded for doing so and hiring receptionist for every location would cut the stylus work in half

The hourly pay is too low as a salon manager and the minimum requirements to hit bonus is so high it is basically impossible so even if your working your butt off you can't hit production bonus unless you work less hours which many girls then choose to do even if it leaves the store understaffed

Very undervaulued. I don't get paid for the work I do.

It’s all about quantity, not quality.
