I love cutting hair but Supercuts does not offer health insurance. Afflak is not health insurance. Pay has not increased but haircuts did

Their attitude needs to improve. Stop bullying behavior.

Interaction with clients and giving a great hair cut they leave satisfied.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Need to do increase pay and hours per week. 30 hours per week is not enough.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Not impressed. They could try to get owner to increase pay and offer more benefits. Need to lighten up on Micromanaging. We are stylist.
