I am paid well and what I deserve based on my experience and skillset.
What makes you most happy at work?
To be myself (personally and professionally) and don't have to pretend to be someone that I am not.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Developers get their own space and enough time to be creative, which help them complete the task at hand on time and help deliver quality software to SuprTek customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
No micro management. Preach and support work/life balance. Have an open door policy, which helped me to approach anyone easily in upper management whenever I had concerns/questions. Last but not the least, keep winning new contracts. It will help current employees to move internally to new projects.
