approachable, friendly, takes the time to engage with employees

Benefit package is far above most of my friends' benefits.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our government Chief is fair, and he also takes the time to listen to contractor concerns.
What are some of the best things about your team?
my PM gives me time to discuss issues with him and address my concerns. And he listens to me.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy is knowing that my skills and work ethic make a difference in the overall day-to-day tasks.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It has been a few years now since I interviewed but what I remembered was, I liked most was interviewing with different levels of leadership including the PM that I would report to.
