Negotiation about raises or other benefits, such as added PTO in lieu of larger slaary
What is the best part about your compensation package?
That some amount of leave can be carried over from previous year and matching on 401K
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
When Dawn Snyder was here, SURPTEK was more involved and kept us motivated. When she retired, that disappeared
