I think they care about the well being of the employees and listen to feedback from them.

Getting challenging work and completing it successfully while working with the team and other teams to accomplish our goals
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of the team has worked together for years and is on very friendly terms. They try to assist each other when needed
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think it's good that the company isn't too hung up on procedures and policies that hinder work. Seems like a good balance to me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the Health insurance is pretty good and the added disability insurance. I haven't really used the other perks but I may in the future
