It has been stressful but not in a necessarily bad way. It's a lot of new information to learn and a bit of trial by fire but it's rewarding to be able to learn new things and slowly feel myself become more confident and competent at what I do.

Plenty of open communication and a friendly atmosphere
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They all feel like they deserve their positions. The level of skill and expertise that they bring is impressive and reassuring.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel my initial salary offer was on the low end for the given position and work. However, I am hopeful that a raise will be possible in which case my worries would be moot.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company seems to genuinely care about maintaining a good work life balance which is very important. It feels like a team of skilled people who are able to do their jobs and still live their lives.
What makes you most happy at work?
The ability to either work remote or in the office and being able to be productive. I like the option of working from home when I need to but also being able to go into the office to get out of the house and be in an environment of productivity.
