People are pretty friendly and courteous,
What makes you most happy at work?
Exploring and learning/understanding something new within the inner-workings of the application. Being able to figure out issues with the application and resolving it. Feels like solving a puzzle.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not really undervalued. Just close to two years with the same salary and would be interested in this year's assessment and would like to see what I can improve upon to work towards getting a raise.
