SuprTEK – I enjoy the work, but always am unhappy with the performance review process. It's always late, the managers don't care how much this upsets their workers, and the salary increases are always small with the excuse that the company had a bad year. With this many "bad years", how could they exist? | Comparably

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Complete the annual reviews on time.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Knowledge related to their jobs.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Complete my review and give me a fair salary increase.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If they would do annual reviews in a timely manner. All they would have to do is what they say they will do, which is an annual review. The salary increases typically don't even cover the cost of living increases.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

The performance reviews are always late. They are supposed to be done annually and are almost always late--often over a year late! The salary increases never reflect the fact that essentially it should be more than an annual salary increase because the review is so late.
