Great people trying to manage an ever-changing workload with priorities that change on the regular.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Work from home and all government holidays off/paid are the benefits at this job. Great people work here. Possibly, if we can get organized, this will be a fine place to work.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Work from home is the only benefit

What are some of the best things about your team?

Everyone works together to meet our deliverables.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Everyone is so friendly and willing to help.

What makes you most happy at work?

The great people make it good.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Work from home is the only good benefit here.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Leadership is easy to reach.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

You can always reach the leadership with ease (well, everyone except Cruz).

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Getting organized. Focus on people, not making money. Offer decent benefits, maybe some sick days.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Lots of changing priorities and processes, combined with recent layoffs and we reaching the end of a contract all leads to lots of stress.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Management is trying to right the ship, but it takes time and is pretty stressful. Benefits are comparable to contract work, but less than average vs other full time careers (examples: we get 10 days of vaca per year and that includes sick time. 401k match is paid once a year).
