Ability to telework and not be overworked with the expectation that I am always available.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do not micromanage. There is also plenty of corporate assistance in resolving technical issues when needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good company to work for. I have worked for larger companies and have to say that this is one of the best companies I have worked for.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health care plan is good. I like that most if not all prescriptions are covered 100% in addition to preventative care. Only thing is hospital stays can be expensive even after meeting out of pocket etc.
