Positive overall. I've been working remotely the entire time so far and I have a much better work/life balance at SuprTEK than my previous company. One of the major criticisms I have is that meetings can be very long and unproductive. They could be shorter if side conversations didn't happen.

Working remotely during the pandemic, feeling like I'm helping the team and company overall, being busy and productive but not in a terribly stressful or overwhelming way

They are really passionate about the company and their employees. They want to be involved in ways that show that they are dedicated to the work that we do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our benefits and the supportive culture. Up until this point with the pandemic I'm still a remote employee but I think the dedication to each other and the work will continue in-office.
