We are a team. Work together. There are hiccups but they are resolved easily.

COVID has had an adverse effect on the culture/environment. But shown we can work remotely effectively

The leadership team is open to new ideas and always open to talk with about any issues you might have.

we are a TEAM. when and if there are problems - we don't let them fester and we talk and communicate.

they are active in the company and with their employees. We are not numbers. We are people and part of the team.

in my job - I help people get where they want to be in their careers. And I love to hear when candidates are accepted and come on board and love when I check in and they are happy with what they are doing!
