There are times when we are extremely busy, but the work is important and valued by our customer. There are frustrations and issues, but my Supervisor is engage and willing to remove our blockers so we can move forward.

The culture is positive with focus on employee engagement and process improvement

Customer meetings can run long, but otherwise I am happy in my position.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Take the time to meet with our support team once a week and listen openly to our issues and suggestions

The interview was 3 step: phone screen with Recruiter, then technical and behavioral interview questions. It was a comfortable interview
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health insurance package is very competitive and the price is excellent. I have enjoyed using UMR, no problems and I love the Guardian Dental
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy what I do and the autonomy over my department. I have made suggestions that have been implemented and have dramatically improved my department.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Very accessible and knowledgeable. They know their stuff and are very easy to work with. I feel I am valued and heard and mentored at SuprTEK
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to really believe in the direction of the company and works well together to achieve our goals. This year has been a banner year for SuprTEK.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Teamwork. We all pitch in and help when we can. We are there to help improve processes and we all come from different backgrounds but mesh together well into one dynamic, diverse team.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a friendly conversation. I got to meet my entire department and everyone was very forthcoming about what the job would entail and I appreciated the realistic job preview. It was a comfortable interview and I felt it was a good representation of how my team would be to work with.
