They are bright and hard working, I've learned a lot from them.

The people are all supportive and it's more like a family than a job.

They asked good questions and were concerned about how I would fit in with the team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation is not keeping up with industry, I could get a 25% raise if I went somewhere else.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team truly values their employees. They encourage employee growth and support their career goals. I've never worked for better people and honestly feel like they care about me as an individual.
What makes you most happy at work?
We get to work with driven, intelligent people that are concerned in the success of the team. I know that no matter what issues I run into, I’m supported by my team as well
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with driven individuals that are willing and desire to learn new things. We support each other and I know I can trust them to do the right thing and not take short-cuts. The team that we have has certainly helped me be more successful than I would have without them.
