The performance reviews are always late. They are supposed to be done annually and are almost always late--often over a year late! The salary increases never reflect the fact that essentially it should be more than an annual salary increase because the review is so late.

There is a large lack in communication and when things are communicated to leadership nothing truly is done or commented on past "we are doing things about it" but then nothing actually ever happens. The loudest people are always listened to and never those that actually matter.

They have set arbitrary limits on salary and the only way to get paid more is through bonuses.
Review from Engineering Dept
If they would do annual reviews in a timely manner. All they would have to do is what they say they will do, which is an annual review. The salary increases typically don't even cover the cost of living increases.

Management is trying to right the ship, but it takes time and is pretty stressful. Benefits are comparable to contract work, but less than average vs other full time careers (examples: we get 10 days of vaca per year and that includes sick time. 401k match is paid once a year).
Review from IT Dept
Nothing is wrong. I look forward to spending time outside of work no in it.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Lots of changing priorities and processes, combined with recent layoffs and we reaching the end of a contract all leads to lots of stress.
Review from IT Dept
Nothing is wrong. No one should look forward to going to work. It's a necessity to provide a means for what I actually looks forward too.
