I like the feeling that people are generally happy to be there every day and that the work they put in actually does make a difference.
Less micromanagement. HR actually not allowing a hostile workplace. Consistent policies
My immediate team of peers is great. The management is kind of indecisive on a lot of positions which causes a lot of back and forth. Recent org changes moved everyone's managers around and people's groups, some are very unhappy about this.
Team is great. Highly skilled, hard workers, always willing to help out
