Terrible culture. Used to be a great place to work.

They dont care they sweep everything under the rug and if you tell human resource anything u will get fired by warehouse supervisor. H.r sweeps it under the rug also . Working at san antonio sygma u have to work multiple jobs for 1 pay. If not u wont last

Im a driver for sygma. Good place to work, cant know one in the industry match what we make far as the money goes. You will work gard, but its worth it.

It's a good company to work in.
