It's alright, bcz of the amount of work we have, the package it's just fine.

I would say Smiling co-worker, Open-minded people around me,it feels good to work when you get positive vibes and the environment it's sweet and full of happiness

The meetings are good, everytime I attend a meeting I learn something new, let it be related to process or my personal development, it's good that we get meetings which really helps us, with the process knowledge.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's been 14 months that I joined synchrony, and I never had any bad experience nor anything which I felt like this is wrong, starting from the training everyone helped me a lot, let it be a trainer or a manager, it's just been an amazing experience I have had with Synchrony so far
