Everyone will help each other.

The coworkers make the place tolerable

Theyre all good peoole and hard workers

all help each other with work

they are always there and we help each there

We work together to build each other up. Changes are implemented same day with no real up skill of what changes. So we have to work together so we don't get written up.

The meetings are good, everytime I attend a meeting I learn something new, let it be related to process or my personal development, it's good that we get meetings which really helps us, with the process knowledge.

Cooperative in every team meeting and bonding, either online or personal.

Most are willing and ready to help in archiving the company's objectives and goals. And, you also have a lot of long-tenured individuals from the legacy GE period that provides good historical ownership for company processes and culture.
