It's been 14 months that I joined synchrony, and I never had any bad experience nor anything which I felt like this is wrong, starting from the training everyone helped me a lot, let it be a trainer or a manager, it's just been an amazing experience I have had with Synchrony so far
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Middle line managers need to get with the message from the top. Middle managers need to support their team.
