My initial interview 2 years ago was overall a pleasant experience, but it took over 2 months from phone screen to 2 onsite visits and getting the job offer. Because of the long lag time and slow response, I took a lower role from another company for a month until I got the job offer from Synchrony
After the initial phone interview, I had a telepresence interview which was actually very nice.
