
Benefits are comparable to other companies of that same size.
Co-workers are not the problem. Meetings were no beneficial.
Coworkers would work together as a team but the end goal was not reachable.
After the initial phone interview, I had a telepresence interview which was actually very nice.
Management expected too much from employees. Even though paid salary, treated like hourly employees and the work load and expectations were tremendous andnot obtainable.
They need to pay a person what it is worth to do the job they're doing. They pay you your salary based off of what you were previously making. Doesn't matter that 16 people are doing the same job but there is a $40,000 difference in some of the salaries.
