I like that our leadership has a very kind and human nature to the way they conduct themselves within the company. They listen to both customers and employees and are open to trying new things.

We have excellent healthcare that offers a wide variety of doctors and practitioners. I love that we are granted wellness days, it has really contributed to my work life balance and given me energy to pursue things that make me feel accomplished.

What makes me most happy at work is that I feel heard. My ideas, thoughts and suggestions are listened to, considered, and sometimes implemented. I feel like I matter as part of the company, and am not just working for the company.
