Overall the environment is positive. However, communication could be better.

Their ability to connect with all employees on a personal level and deliver purpose and inspiration to the organization.

There is a range of experience and technical background within the team. I feel I can learn from my co-workers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Overall I feel good about my compensation. However, I wish there was more transparency in pay structure and there are other chemical companies within the industry that provide better benefits.
